Hello, i’m Lee, i started RTG Finishing Limited following 20 years in the construction industry. I started my career as an apprentice in the plastering trade, working my way through the ranks. In my 20s i wanted a new challenge and took up high spec decorating which led to me opening my first business. With a ambition to learn and excel in my personal goals i started training as a site supervisor as well as running my business and 10 employees.

Once qualified as a site supervisor i joined a large construction company and within that business i grew into a site manager which led to project managing large construction projects.

In the background of my management career i was learning health and safety which led to my passion for what is today my career. I undertook 2 diploma in health and safety which i passed with distinction and completed health and safety related qualifications with NEBOSH and IOSH.
